DUDE: I can tell. People just aren’t as happy as they have been. Last year, people still needed to buy pens so they’d still come in, they’d know what they wanted, and they’d be so relaxed from being at home. Now, I’m looking out there [the shop entrance] and… you can tell who’s still on leave and who’s back. Except for the lads; they love the excuse to be back in their blue suits and tan shoes.
